We ship from Italy to most European countries, Worldwide to USA, Canada, Israel and Japan. Our products are packed with care and dispatched within 24/48 hours to ensure full customer satisfaction. Express shipping is made with different couriers, depending on the zone you are. Delivery time are usually 3 to 6 working days for Europe and 8 to 12 working days for outside Europe. In case of theft / loss of not tracked package, Etnosphere.it not be held responsible. The availability on the site are updated constantly, but it may happen that a product is not currently available. In case of unavailability of product after your order you will be contacted promptly and you can choose between:
